Regular orders can be returned within seven days of receipt in unworn condition. Credit will not include original shipping charges. Credit Card purchases are subject to a 4% restocking fee. If it has been over 7 days we are happy to discuss an exchange so long as the piece is in unworn condition. Exchanges over 7 days will be considered on a piece by piece basis.

Special orders may not be canceled or returned.

In the event you decide to exchange the piece for another piece, there are no restocking fees. All jewelry should be returned in original packaging through registered and insured mail with the US Postal Service.
